The CCCrew is part of the reason I really love running. I feel like I am a part of one awesome community. One that drives me to keep moving - no matter where I am in this journey of life.
CO5k has become a very important part of my life! This was the 3rd year I did this event. I had to walk the first two, but am now running them.
I totally appreciate all that the CCCrew do and all they stand for, as that too is very dear to my heart.
I am very honored to have won the Women's Grand Masters division! WOW!!
To all the other Biggest Losers - you are my HEROS! you all have the right idea on how to take this journey to a better, healthier life. It is an inspiration to meet so many and be inspired all over again. Thank you all!
Roxann Schmitz - Kimball, MN
